Shipping label cropper
Take a label that arrives on a full page and fit it to a 4×6 inch sticker. Works for marketplace labels and many carrier labels.
Both common thermal label sizes are built in.
White margins and unused areas are removed before the label is scaled to fit.
Use the A4 2-up or 4-up layout when you do not have a thermal printer.
Labels with customer addresses never leave your browser.
Drop the label file you received from your marketplace or carrier.
4×6 in is the default output. Switch to 100×150 mm if your sticker roll uses metric size.
Choose Remove invoices if the PDF carries an invoice or packing slip below the label.
Press Print, or download the file and print it from your usual PDF viewer. Set the printer scale to 100%.
Printer dialogs often add margins or scale pages to fit. For a sticker-sized PDF, choose the same paper size as the page (4×6 in or 100×150 mm) and set the scale to 100% or "actual size".
The crop works on any label PDF, because it is based on what is drawn on the page. Marketplace and courier names are detected when the text is present, which enables sorting and the summary; labels without readable text are still cropped.
If you print shipping labels on a 4×6 thermal printer, a shipping label crop is the step between the PDF you downloaded and the sticker you stick. See 4×6 vs A4 label sizes to choose the right layout, and thermal printer settings for shipping labels for clean barcodes.

4×6 in is 101.6×152.4 mm. The two are close, and both are common for thermal rolls. Pick the one your roll is labelled with.
Yes. Use A4 landscape with 2 per page or A4 portrait with 4 per page.

Upload your Flipkart label PDF (an A4 page with the label on top and the tax invoice below). LabelCropKit finds the label box, removes the invoice and sizes the label to 4×6 in (100×150 mm) for direct printing on a thermal printer. Pick Exact label size if you want no white margins around the label.
Crop the label first, then choose your paper: a 4×6 in sticker roll, or A4 with 2 or 4 labels per sheet. In the print dialog set margins to None and scale to 100% / Actual size, so the barcode is not stretched.
Add your Meesho label PDFs (as many as you have) and keep the output on 4×6 in. Each label is found and cropped, the invoice is removed, and everything is merged into one PDF you can print in a single go. You can also sort by SKU or courier first.
Download the shipping labels from Seller Central (Easy Ship or self-ship) and drop the PDF into LabelCropKit. Amazon sends each label on one page and the invoice on the next. The tool crops the label, removes the invoice and can add a product and quantity line (for example Burger Press | Qty - 1) read from the invoice, so packers know what goes in the box.
Usually yes. Upload the return label PDF and the tool trims the page to the visible label and fits it to 4×6. If the page also holds return instructions, check the preview before printing and use A4 output if you want to keep them.

Nothing is uploaded. The PDF is read and cropped inside your browser, so customer names, phone numbers and addresses never reach our servers. You can confirm this in your browser's network tab.
Blurry barcodes usually come from screenshots or low-resolution images. Upload the original PDF so the label stays vector, print at 100% scale with no margins, and raise the printer darkness one step. The built-in barcode check also reads every barcode back before you print.
Drop the PDF on the page. The defaults already crop to 4×6 and remove the invoice, so most sellers just download or print. There is no signup and no setup, which makes it a quick label crop for daily use.
It is free, with no signup, no watermark and no page limit. The only limit is the memory of your phone or computer.
Carrier label PDFs often arrive on a letter or A4 page with the label in one corner. Drop the PDF in, keep 4×6 in output and the white space is trimmed away. If instructions sit next to the label, check the preview before printing.

No. It crops, sorts and prints labels you have already downloaded from a marketplace or carrier. It does not create new shipping labels or buy postage.
