No file-count cap
Add as many files as your device can hold. Pages are processed one by one, with a progress bar and a cancel button.
Add Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal PDFs together. The tool finds each label by itself, so you do not need a separate page for each marketplace. Same tool, no file limit
These changes are for this crop only. Your saved settings do not change.
Bulk label cropper
Add many PDFs at once and crop every label in one run. There is no file-count cap in the tool, and progress is shown while it works.
Add as many files as your device can hold. Pages are processed one by one, with a progress bar and a cancel button.
Each page canvas is released after use so long runs are less likely to crash a phone.
Everything is merged into a single PDF, in your chosen sort order.
See how many labels came from each marketplace and courier, and how many need a multi-item check.
Choose many files at once, or drag a whole folder of PDFs into the drop area.
Sort by SKU to pick in one round, by courier for handover, or by quantity to deal with multi-item orders first.
The tool reads and crops each page in turn. You can cancel at any time.
Download the combined file, print it, and print the pick list for packing.
Large runs are limited by your device memory, not by the tool. These habits keep them smooth:
Sorting by SKU puts the same product labels together so you pack each product in one go. Sorting by courier gives each pickup partner a separate stack. Labels without a detected SKU or courier are placed last.
A quick label crop for one order is easy. At 200 orders a day the time goes into opening files, cropping each and merging them. Bulk mode removes that: drop every PDF, check the batch summary and print once. Read how to crop Meesho labels in bulk for a worked example.
A quick label crop matters most on a busy day. Add every file for the day, let the shipping label cropper work through them, and download one PDF in SKU or courier order. For marketplace-specific steps see Meesho label crop and Flipkart label crop.

The tool has no cap on files or pages. The practical limit is your device memory; a computer handles larger batches than a phone.
The tool yields between pages and shows progress. You can cancel a run at any time.
Yes. New files are added to the existing batch and the output is rebuilt.
Yes. Each page is classified on its own.
No. Everything is done on your device.
Upload your Flipkart label PDF (an A4 page with the label on top and the tax invoice below). LabelCropKit finds the label box, removes the invoice and sizes the label to 4×6 in (100×150 mm) for direct printing on a thermal printer. Pick Exact label size if you want no white margins around the label.
Crop the label first, then choose your paper: a 4×6 in sticker roll, or A4 with 2 or 4 labels per sheet. In the print dialog set margins to None and scale to 100% / Actual size, so the barcode is not stretched.
Add your Meesho label PDFs (as many as you have) and keep the output on 4×6 in. Each label is found and cropped, the invoice is removed, and everything is merged into one PDF you can print in a single go. You can also sort by SKU or courier first.
Log in to the Meesho Supplier Panel, open Orders > Ready to Ship, select your orders and click Download Labels. Save the PDF, drop it into LabelCropKit, and print the cropped file. Menu names can change, so look for the label download option if your panel looks different.
Drag your multi-page PDF into the tool, keep the 4 × 6 in output size and download. Every label gets its own 4×6 page. If you need a different size, pick 100×150 mm, an A4 layout, or Exact label size.
The 4×6 in and 100×150 mm outputs are standard label sizes, so they work with common thermal printers such as TSC, TVS, Zebra, Rollo, Munbyn and Xprinter, and with normal laser or inkjet printers using the A4 layouts.
Nothing is uploaded. The PDF is read and cropped inside your browser, so customer names, phone numbers and addresses never reach our servers. You can confirm this in your browser's network tab.
Blurry barcodes usually come from screenshots or low-resolution images. Upload the original PDF so the label stays vector, print at 100% scale with no margins, and raise the printer darkness one step. The built-in barcode check also reads every barcode back before you print.
Drop the PDF on the page. The defaults already crop to 4×6 and remove the invoice, so most sellers just download or print. There is no signup and no setup, which makes it a quick label crop for daily use.
It is free, with no signup, no watermark and no page limit. The only limit is the memory of your phone or computer.
No. It crops, sorts and prints labels you have already downloaded from a marketplace or carrier. It does not create new shipping labels or buy postage.
