Your label files

Shipping labels contain personal data such as customer names, phone numbers and addresses. LabelCropKit reads and crops your PDFs inside your browser. The files are not uploaded to our servers, and we do not receive, store or log their contents.

You can check this yourself: open your browser developer tools, go to the Network tab, and add a file. No request carries your file.

What is stored on your device

  • Settings such as output size, invoice handling, sort order and language, in your browser local storage.
  • Recent jobs: file names, label counts and the layout used. Not the files. You can clear them from the tool at any time.
  • Cached site files, so the tool loads faster and can work offline after the first visit.

Analytics and cookies

Advertising and third-party cookies

This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

  • You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info.
  • Learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Where required (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalised ads or non-essential cookies are used.

Ads never read or receive the contents of your label files, which stay in your browser. We may also use aggregate analytics that do not include file contents.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply. Please do not attach real label PDFs; if a file needs checking, share the file name and, if possible, a version with the customer details removed.
