Meesho label cropper
Free Meesho label cropper online. Upload the label PDF from your supplier panel and get tight 4×6 labels without the invoice.
Labels from Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpress Bees and other couriers are recognised from the label text, so you can sort by courier for handover.
Remove the invoice, keep it after each label, or push every invoice to the end of the file for GST records.
Group the same SKU together so one pick walk covers every order of that product.
When a Meesho order has quantity above 1, the label gets a red tag so you do not pack a single piece by mistake.
In your supplier panel, download the shipping label PDFs for the orders you are packing. Keep them as PDF files.
Add one file or many. Files from different couriers can be mixed in the same upload.
For a thermal printer choose 4×6 in or 100×150 mm. Pick "Remove invoices" if you only need the labels, and sort by SKU or courier if you want.
Look at the preview and the barcode check, then print directly or download the PDF.
A Meesho label PDF is usually an A4 page. The shipping label with the courier barcode and delivery address is on top, and the invoice follows below. A thermal printer loaded with 4×6 stickers needs only the label part, scaled to the sticker.
Cutting at a fixed height can clip the barcode when the courier changes the layout. LabelCropKit looks for the invoice heading on each page and measures the real label content, so the cut follows the page and not a guess.
Sellers who ship hundreds of orders a day lose time on small mistakes. These options help:
Meesho can apply a penalty when a parcel ships without its invoice. Pick Label + invoice on one page and each order prints as one trimmed sheet with the label on top and the invoice below, with no blank space. Pick Label only when you already print invoices elsewhere; the "TAX INVOICE" heading is removed from the label as well.
Meesho labels are wide. Keep Horizontal to print as downloaded, or choose Vertical to turn the label a quarter turn so it fills a portrait 4×6 sticker. You can also add your store name with a QR code, a custom note, the date and time, or the SKU and size on every label, and your choices are remembered for next time.
This Meesho label cropper crops the PDF you download from the supplier panel into one clean label per page. It also works as a Meesho shipping label crop tool for bulk orders: add all files at once and print them together, in SKU or courier order.
Not sure where to get the file? See how to download Meesho labels from the Supplier Panel, then crop Meesho labels in bulk.
Whether you search for "label crop Meesho", "Meesho shipping label crop" or "label cropper Meesho", the result is the same: one clean 4×6 label per order, cut from the supplier panel PDF without clipping the courier barcode. As a shipping label cropper it keeps the Meesho layout intact, and you can pair it with the Amazon label crop and Flipkart label crop pages when you sell on several marketplaces.

Choose Label + invoice on one page. The label and its invoice print together on a single trimmed sheet, so the invoice always travels with the parcel.
Yes. Set Meesho label direction to Vertical and the label is turned to fill a portrait 4×6 sticker.
Yes. Sort by SKU, courier, size and color, or use Smart sorting to group each product and order its sizes S, M, L, XL.
Add the Meesho PDF, keep the output size on 4×6 in, choose Remove invoices and download. Each label is placed on its own 4×6 page.
Yes. Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpress Bees and other labels can be in the same upload.
The label is copied from the original PDF without being turned into a picture, so lines stay sharp. After cropping, the tool reads each barcode back to confirm.
Yes. Choose "Keep after each label" for 4×6 output, or "Move to the end" to collect all invoices in the last pages.
There is no cap in the tool. Very large batches depend on your device memory, so split them if your phone slows down.
No. LabelCropKit is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meesho.
Upload your Flipkart label PDF (an A4 page with the label on top and the tax invoice below). LabelCropKit finds the label box, removes the invoice and sizes the label to 4×6 in (100×150 mm) for direct printing on a thermal printer. Pick Exact label size if you want no white margins around the label.
Crop the label first, then choose your paper: a 4×6 in sticker roll, or A4 with 2 or 4 labels per sheet. In the print dialog set margins to None and scale to 100% / Actual size, so the barcode is not stretched.
Add your Meesho label PDFs (as many as you have) and keep the output on 4×6 in. Each label is found and cropped, the invoice is removed, and everything is merged into one PDF you can print in a single go. You can also sort by SKU or courier first.
Log in to the Meesho Supplier Panel, open Orders > Ready to Ship, select your orders and click Download Labels. Save the PDF, drop it into LabelCropKit, and print the cropped file. Menu names can change, so look for the label download option if your panel looks different.
Drag your multi-page PDF into the tool, keep the 4 × 6 in output size and download. Every label gets its own 4×6 page. If you need a different size, pick 100×150 mm, an A4 layout, or Exact label size.
The 4×6 in and 100×150 mm outputs are standard label sizes, so they work with common thermal printers such as TSC, TVS, Zebra, Rollo, Munbyn and Xprinter, and with normal laser or inkjet printers using the A4 layouts.
Nothing is uploaded. The PDF is read and cropped inside your browser, so customer names, phone numbers and addresses never reach our servers. You can confirm this in your browser's network tab.
Blurry barcodes usually come from screenshots or low-resolution images. Upload the original PDF so the label stays vector, print at 100% scale with no margins, and raise the printer darkness one step. The built-in barcode check also reads every barcode back before you print.
Drop the PDF on the page. The defaults already crop to 4×6 and remove the invoice, so most sellers just download or print. There is no signup and no setup, which makes it a quick label crop for daily use.
It is free, with no signup, no watermark and no page limit. The only limit is the memory of your phone or computer.
A 4×6 in direct-thermal label printer gives the cleanest result and needs no ink. Without one, use the A4 layouts to print two or four cropped labels per sheet on a laser or inkjet printer and cut them apart.
No. It crops, sorts and prints labels you have already downloaded from a marketplace or carrier. It does not create new shipping labels or buy postage.
