Vector output
The label is copied from the source PDF page, not rasterised into a picture, so lines and text stay crisp at any print size.
Add Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal PDFs together. The tool finds each label by itself, so you do not need a separate page for each marketplace. Same tool, no file limit

PDF label cropper
Drop a label PDF and get the label alone at the size you print. The label stays vector, so text and barcodes remain sharp.
The label is copied from the source PDF page, not rasterised into a picture, so lines and text stay crisp at any print size.
The edges come from what is drawn on the page, so you do not have to guess pixel positions.
Pages with a tax invoice heading are split into label and invoice.
Pages without text, such as scans, are trimmed by their visible content.
Drop the label PDFs you downloaded from your seller panel, or tap to choose them from your phone. You can add many files at once.
Choose 4×6 in or 100×150 mm for a thermal printer, or an A4 sheet with 2 or 4 labels per page for a normal printer.
Remove them, keep each invoice after its label, or move all invoices to the end of the file.
Check the preview and the barcode result, then download the cropped PDF or print it straight away.
Many online croppers turn the page into an image and cut the image. At small sizes the bars of a barcode blur and scanners reject them. Copying the original page content into a clipped frame keeps every bar exactly as the courier generated it.
After the PDF is built, LabelCropKit renders each output page and tries to read the barcode. If one fails, the page number is listed so you can check it before printing.
If a PDF is protected with a password or cannot be read, the tool tells you which file and why, and continues with the others.
A label crop PDF tool should not need an account or an upload. This one runs in your browser and handles Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon shipping label PDFs, so a Flipkart label crop PDF and a Meesho one can share a batch.
| Feature | Many online croppers | LabelCropKit |
|---|---|---|
| Where files go | Often uploaded to a server | Stay in your browser |
| Barcode safety | Fixed cut, trust the result | Every barcode is read back after cropping |
| Mixed marketplaces | One platform at a time | Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal in one batch |
| Sorting and pick list | Often paid or missing | Sort by SKU or courier, plus a printable pick list |
| Multi-quantity orders | Easy to miss | Flagged on the label |
| Page above the tool | Ads and pop-ups | Only the tool |
Add the PDF, choose the output size and download. The tool finds the label area and crops to it.
No. The label stays vector, so it does not lose sharpness.
Yes, scanned pages are trimmed to their visible content. Sorting by SKU or courier needs text in the PDF, so it will not work on pure scans.
Remove the password in your PDF viewer and add the file again. The tool will name the file it could not open.
No. Processing happens in your browser.
Add your Meesho label PDFs (as many as you have) and keep the output on 4×6 in. Each label is found and cropped, the invoice is removed, and everything is merged into one PDF you can print in a single go. You can also sort by SKU or courier first.
Download the shipping labels from Seller Central (Easy Ship or self-ship) and drop the PDF into LabelCropKit. Amazon sends each label on one page and the invoice on the next. The tool crops the label, removes the invoice and can add a product and quantity line (for example Burger Press | Qty - 1) read from the invoice, so packers know what goes in the box.
Usually yes. Upload the return label PDF and the tool trims the page to the visible label and fits it to 4×6. If the page also holds return instructions, check the preview before printing and use A4 output if you want to keep them.
Drag your multi-page PDF into the tool, keep the 4 × 6 in output size and download. Every label gets its own 4×6 page. If you need a different size, pick 100×150 mm, an A4 layout, or Exact label size.
The 4×6 in and 100×150 mm outputs are standard label sizes, so they work with common thermal printers such as TSC, TVS, Zebra, Rollo, Munbyn and Xprinter, and with normal laser or inkjet printers using the A4 layouts.
Nothing is uploaded. The PDF is read and cropped inside your browser, so customer names, phone numbers and addresses never reach our servers. You can confirm this in your browser's network tab.
Blurry barcodes usually come from screenshots or low-resolution images. Upload the original PDF so the label stays vector, print at 100% scale with no margins, and raise the printer darkness one step. The built-in barcode check also reads every barcode back before you print.
Drop the PDF on the page. The defaults already crop to 4×6 and remove the invoice, so most sellers just download or print. There is no signup and no setup, which makes it a quick label crop for daily use.
It is free, with no signup, no watermark and no page limit. The only limit is the memory of your phone or computer.
Carrier label PDFs often arrive on a letter or A4 page with the label in one corner. Drop the PDF in, keep 4×6 in output and the white space is trimmed away. If instructions sit next to the label, check the preview before printing.
A 4×6 in direct-thermal label printer gives the cleanest result and needs no ink. Without one, use the A4 layouts to print two or four cropped labels per sheet on a laser or inkjet printer and cut them apart.
No. It crops, sorts and prints labels you have already downloaded from a marketplace or carrier. It does not create new shipping labels or buy postage.
