By SKU
Same-SKU labels sit together, so one trip to the shelf covers every order of that product.
Add Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal PDFs together. The tool finds each label by itself, so you do not need a separate page for each marketplace. Same tool, no file limit
These changes are for this crop only. Your saved settings do not change.
Label sorter
Crop and sort in the same step. Group labels by SKU, courier or multi-quantity orders, then print a pick list for packing.
Same-SKU labels sit together, so one trip to the shelf covers every order of that product.
Hand each pickup partner a clean stack with no mixing.
Put orders with quantity above 1 at the front so they get a second look.
A printable page lists units per SKU and labels per courier.
Drop all the label files for the day.
Choose "By SKU", "By courier" or "Multi-quantity first".
Check the chips for the number of labels, couriers and multi-quantity orders.
Print the sorted labels, then print the pick list for the picker.
The tool reads the text of each label and looks for a SKU column or a "SKU:" value, then the matching quantity. When a SKU cannot be read, that label is placed last in the sorted file and counted as "SKU not detected" in the pick list.
Label tables differ between marketplaces, so always glance at the pick list before you start packing. If a format is read wrongly, tell us the file name.

Yes, sorting is part of the free tool.
It is placed after the labelled ones and listed as "SKU not detected" in the pick list.
No. Sorting needs readable text in the PDF.
Yes. Couriers such as Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Ekart and Xpress Bees are recognised from the label text.
If you keep invoices after labels on 4×6 output, each invoice follows its own label.
Add your Meesho label PDFs (as many as you have) and keep the output on 4×6 in. Each label is found and cropped, the invoice is removed, and everything is merged into one PDF you can print in a single go. You can also sort by SKU or courier first.
Drag your multi-page PDF into the tool, keep the 4 × 6 in output size and download. Every label gets its own 4×6 page. If you need a different size, pick 100×150 mm, an A4 layout, or Exact label size.
The 4×6 in and 100×150 mm outputs are standard label sizes, so they work with common thermal printers such as TSC, TVS, Zebra, Rollo, Munbyn and Xprinter, and with normal laser or inkjet printers using the A4 layouts.
Nothing is uploaded. The PDF is read and cropped inside your browser, so customer names, phone numbers and addresses never reach our servers. You can confirm this in your browser's network tab.
Blurry barcodes usually come from screenshots or low-resolution images. Upload the original PDF so the label stays vector, print at 100% scale with no margins, and raise the printer darkness one step. The built-in barcode check also reads every barcode back before you print.
Drop the PDF on the page. The defaults already crop to 4×6 and remove the invoice, so most sellers just download or print. There is no signup and no setup, which makes it a quick label crop for daily use.
It is free, with no signup, no watermark and no page limit. The only limit is the memory of your phone or computer.
No. It crops, sorts and prints labels you have already downloaded from a marketplace or carrier. It does not create new shipping labels or buy postage.
