Crop a return label

  1. Open your return request on Amazon and download or open the return label PDF.
  2. Add the PDF to the Amazon label crop tool.
  3. Choose 4×6 in for a thermal printer, or an A4 layout for a normal printer.
  4. Check the preview, then print and stick the label on the return parcel.

What to check

  • The barcode and the return address are both visible in the preview.
  • Old shipping labels on the box are covered or removed so the courier scans the return label.
  • The printed barcode scans with a phone camera.
